Advice appointments in the Outreaches are arranged only after an initial assessment has been done by a Citizens Advice adviser. You can only get an initial assessment by ringing our Adviceline on 0300 330 9073

If an appointment is needed you will be placed in a work queue; you will be contacted within 5 working days to arrange an advice appointment. This maybe over the telephone or face to face dependent on where you live and our resources at the time.

Please note: If you are an existing client and are ringing us about an ongoing issue, please don't call our Adviceline; please ring the client line number you were given by the adviser dealing with your case. This will also be on any correspondence we have sent you.
