Job title:  Welfare Benefits Specialist

Hours:     21.75 hrs per week         

Location: Trafford

Salary:     £22,221-£24,646 p.a. pro rata (£13,332-£14,787 actual)

Citizens Advice Trafford is seeking a Welfare Benefits Specialist for its Specialist Debt and Welfare Benefits Unit, which works across Trafford to support the generalist advice and information service.  

You will contribute to the casework covered by our Legal Services Commission funding and also work on other projects within the district.  You will provide advice to clients covering the full range of welfare benefit issues and will be confident to work autonomously in outreach venues across Trafford borough in addition to bureau settings.
